Returns & Exchange Policy

Please note unless a manufacturing defect exists, dubiobikinis.com garments are NOT returnable as each one is made to order but also due to hygienic reasons.

This guarantees that you will NEVER buy a tried on garment.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase (due to a manufacturing defect), contact us by email within 72 hours from receipt of your item.

How to make a Return or Exchange

We need you to email us first with the complaint. We will email you back a return authorization code that MUST accompany your return item. This code must be clearly written on the OUTSIDE of the return package.

Ship back the goods making sure you include all the information we will need to ensure the correct exchange:

Authorization code, Invoice number, Order Date, Name, Address, and your requirements.

RETURN ITEMS THAT ARRIVE TO US THAT DO NOT HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE OR THAT HAVE BEEN WORN WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.
