Please note unless a manufacturing defect exists, dubiobikinis.com garments are NOT returnable as each one is made to order but also due to hygienic reasons.

This guarantees that you will NEVER buy a tried on garment.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase (due to a manufacturing defect), contact us within 72 hours from receipt of your item.

How to make a Return or Exchange

We need you to email us first with the complaint. We will email you a return authorization code that must accompany your return item.

Ship back the goods making sure you include all the information we will need to ensure the correct exchange:

Invoice number, Order Date, Name, Address, and your requirements.

RETURN ITEMS THAT ARRIVE TO US THAT DO NOT HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE OR THAT HAVE BEEN WORN WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.
