Returns & Exchange Policy

We take pride in our reputation for great customer service and high quality garments. All of our products are inspected by multiple members of our production team to ensure that your products are delivered to you as ordered and are of the highest quality available so you can enjoy your purchase for a long time.

Please note that unless a manufacturing defect exists, Dubiobikinis.com garments are not returnable as every item is made to order and also due to hygienic reasons as well.

This guarantees that you will NEVER buy a tried on garment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase (due to a manufacturing defect), you must contact us within 72 hours from receipt of your item.

How to make a Return For Exchange

You must first email us at contact@dubiobikinis.com with the complaint. We will email you a return authorization code that must be written on the outside of the package containing your return item. Do not return your item without a return authorization code issued from us or your package will come back to you unopened as we do not open packages that do not have a R.A.C. clearly written on the outside. 

Ship back the goods making sure you include all the information we will need to ensure the correct exchange:

Invoice number, Order Date, Name, Address, and your requirements.

ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR HAVE THE TAGS REMOVED WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.
